I wish on behalf of the corporation to join the alliance in so we can together, and Porus Electus Matari grow this giant universe while keeping safe.
We are a mining corporation, mining in areas we do we shall briefly to 0.5 and lower sectors of security, we are also refining our own mining. We are currently starting with industry and a stronger planetary exploration.

- P☼RUS will Lease/Rent any of it’s fleet ships for High Sec operations. Each Ship named has a prefix of “P☼RUS”, are insured and have a basic compliment of hardware for specific operations. (good support for new and experienced commanders). We ask that you returned the vessel in the same manner/outfit as the way you initially acquired it. Division 1
- P☼RUS encourages Terra mining operations (POS) and may subsidize the initial cost of structure emplacement. Ask. Instead of participating in Corps mining operations you can emplace 2 mining operations and deliver the goods on a weekly basis to the Corp hangar. You might like the Terra operations so much, you expand on it for personal gain. November upgrade release is expected to make POS terra operations very interesting. Division 2
- P☼RUS has a extensive training Library. Purchase of the training modules are 1/3rd off Market price for modules priced under 100,000 ISK. All other modules are at cost. Why travel when they are in our office? Division 3
- P☼RUS maintains a logistics bay were all mined resources are quartered until refinement and sale. Division 4
- P☼RUS allows affiliated Commanders the use of its stored Arms and Ammunition that have been captured or donated to the Corp. Division 5/6
- P☼RUS allows affiliated Commanders to use its storehouse of sensitive items/equipment to assist in training and outfitting of their ships. Division 7
- P☼RUS will reimburse the difference between replacement cost and the insurance payout for ships lost (not hardware) during a corporate operation.

- P☼RUS owns/operates and maintains secure containers in many locations from 0.3 sec to 0.6. You have the ability to use these containers.
- P☼RUS the CFO currently has Refining level 5 and refining efficiency level 2 (soon to be level 5). You have the ability to contract your ore to the CFO at no cost and get a higher refining output. By doing this you will acquire more refined products than the average commander that does not have efficient refining training.
- P☼RUS encourages cross level training into other fields/branches. You can rely on others to defend you, but not when you mine alone.

Hello there, I have a question for you Ackuna. You mentioned 'keeping safe', is this related to your desire to join EM, for protection or safety of some kind?

In EM our policy is that when a corporation seeks to join, everyone is allowed to ask questions, so here goes:
1) How many active members do you currently have?
2) EM often has hi-sec wars. How do you think you can handle those?
If you do not want to answer these in public, you can mail them to some EM member to be relayed to the EM-only parts of the forums.

Handing out stock can be a risky business, the alliance has a vested interest in making sure there are no hostile take overs of it's member corps. What security arrangements have been made to make sure a hostile take over of PORUS is not possible in the future?

When I say "keeping safe" mean in groups is always safer to a united group of corporations than individual, I am talking both to diplomatic problems as commercial factors.
If you are thinking that we bring some diplomatic issue like war, you can rest assured because the past the corporation has already been resolved otherwise I would not be proposing an alliance with you.

I am glad that you guys will make me questions that I will happy to answer. No problem to post in public
1) We in total 9 players, 8 are active, the other player i dont know what happened to him, for me still active
2) As I said before the Nephtys Khali, an alliance is to remain united and be a group, so it's a yes, are capable to cope with wars if any, and help our partners the best possible way.
Already in the recent past we had problems and I could count on members of the corporation, held together without showing weakness

To tell you honestly never used this method.
We never had any more idea of how to share profits with other members.
At the moment we use all the corporation to buy and sell, if we need a skill for example the corporation has available to us, and we have been so, I have total confidence with my members as you can see but I know that is not ideal and can not continue.
But as I said none of us had a better idea and I remain open to suggestions
