As pointed out here, there is the possibility that the Sansha attackers are using pre-arranged (or simply pre-known) major gatherings to facilitate the fast lift-off of planetary populations.

I encourage everyone to spread the word through any and all contacts they have for planetside populations to cancel and avoid such gatherings.

I find it curious that the Khanid Kingdom, where Ishukone-made TCMCs are widely used to control slave populations, has been largely untouched by these raids? if M'ser Soter's information is accurate, wouldn't Khanid be, indeed, the most likely target?
