I am the stationed Executor/Taisho of the Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive, our organisation is very interested in gaining positive standings with the pilots and management of your alliance. The reason for this is we plan on setting up mutual operations with economical partners that operate and live in the Republic and are more then willing to assist EM in their anti-piracy operations.
Recently we have reset our standings to neutral with all our former allies in the Amarr Empire, while we still hold standings with a few we make sure they are not involved in the attempts of imperialism against your people, as we do with the Caldari and Gallente soveriegn states.
