Captains of the Electus Matari, I bid you greeting.

Those of you that know me have known me long, and those that do not, I offer warm introduction to.

I have come here to offer my services as any other captain in your midst, as my homeland is afire and its leaders likely treacherous. There is Jamyl the hollow, and Aritcio the bleak, and the rest of the lot, and both our peoples suffer.

Such times call for the intercession of God's own children, and there is naught else to do but shift away from wrongheaded causes, naught else but to seek refuge under the shield of reason wherever it is upheld.

Long is the trek to redemption, to success. There is no sure way, but I believe I'm done working from within Imperial borders. The standard of the Athran eclipse is lost on me, denoting only a time of darkness. Behind me, nothing is clear. The great wheels of fortune spin on, regardless of any expectations on all our parts, and everyone seems forever on its rim.

I would be glad to see something else ahead of me other than this black loss that comes behind.

I seek it now among you. What is your answer?

(This is an alliance membership application. Dunno if they go here, mind. Submitted one ingame too, for what it's worth. HI EVA.)
Whoa, that's... that's some pretty big news, Ash.

Are you speaking here as a pilot or as CEO of OBSA? Just so we're absolutely clear.

If the latter, there will likely be a Q&A with any members of the alliance who have questions. If there is anything you would rather be visible only to the alliance, you can forward it by PM and we'll display it in a secure area.
Um... wait... is this an All Fools Day prank?
Ladies and gentleman, whoever got Eva to claw her way out onto that limb of the tree deserves a medal. And Evanda, if you're just humoring me, well, shame on you. Shame.

I was hoping it'd be escalated and you'd tell me membership was approved, thus pushing me into the tricky position of having to accept and extend said prank or make things blissfully clear.

I do hope your affairs are all in order. May fortune smile on the Matari.
