As the common diplomat for The Demi-Fallen Ones and Friends of Eve, I would like to request mutual blue standings with Electus Matari.

We are two spin-out corps of the old Edge Alliance, and it has been our pleasure to be both blue and of mutual aid to EM in the past. We hope to continue this into the future.
