The Atamahara clan is pleased to announce the birth of a daughter to Matariki Rain Atamahara.

The less formal stuff:
The new arrival is 3.25 kg and 51 cm long. We think her eyes will be light: at the moment they're blue-grey. She has fine black hair that I'm warned will probably fall out, and a birthmark on her chest that's already got the shamans talking.

Not everything went well. We're all here now, though.
