I thought I would try to illuminate a small piece of Drauqhk's past, set at the very tail end of the vindication wars and just prior to pod pilot license.

Also trying to keep ties to previous history as found here.

I'm doing a bit of experimentation with form and style. I very rarely write, but this idea had been in my mind for some time now so I thought I would let it out. Please feel free to critique.
