The Corporation
Bionesis Technologies, a contraction from Bionanotechnology Genesis, is a Gallente-speaking ((??)) corporation whose objective is to develop terraforming techniques for planets colonisation.
Our operational ground is high and low Molden Heath and Metropolis.
Bionesis Technologies sustains the Minmatar Republic efforts by providing industrial equipments to the Republic's forces. After some time spent into the Republic's Militia, we joined Electus Matari on 111.02.19
Activities
Bionesis started as an industrial corporation. Our core activities are still centered around mining operations, research, manufacturing and trade. However, with time and expansion, we had to protect our assets in low sec sectors and our armed wing became more and more important. We have now also an important military support, as well as explorers for unknown complexes, exploration, belts, whormholes and hacking sites.
Our Pilots
We take pride of accepting new and older pilots alike. Our mission is to train newly freed minmatar slaves to help the Republic's war effort and to welcome all those who engage against the slavers.
We normally hire only Minmatar and Gallente citizen, however we can consider a few exceptions if the person has a proven record of defending the Republic's interests.
Recruitment process
We like to know the people we are going to work and fight with. That's why one of the first step in our recruitment process is to meet and greet in our bar ((BIONE ingame chan - IC chan)). This place is not dedicated to recruitment only, but also to our friends and sometimes, foes as well.
From there, ask to meet with our Human Resources Manager (Sebnaje), so we can evaluate if you would be a good fit for Bionesis or not. After verification, the Corporation's Council considers the request, and accepts it or not.
There are no fixed criterias, i.e. experience, background, to join us. However, we will check your background and ensure that your actions in the past are not against our principles.

- We recruit only french-speaking players. You need to have a good command of French if it's not your mother tongue. A little understanding of English is good (especially for alliance operations), but not mandatory
- We are a role-play corporation. Most of our public roleplay happens in french in our bar (BIONE chan), but english-speaking roleplayers are welcome into the chan too.
- If you have bad standings with the Republic, you will be asked to improve them, at least to have them positive
- There are no mandatory operations, activities or schedules in Bionesis. However, if you are online and an operation is set up, you can be asked to participate. We do organise at least two operations per week, aside from the alliance activities.
- Our main motto is : have fun. Have fun together, in what we do in game, and we will always prefer a participative and funny player -even very casual - over someone who is very skilled but who doesn't participate in the corporation's life.
