Greetings Electus Matari. I am requesting that the current blue status for Rho Dynamics be transfered to our new alliance Tesseract Nexus. We are a small allinace just starting out and operating in the Minmatar area. Of course we will be willing to provide mutual blue status. Please let me know what additional qualifications are necessary for blue status and thank you for your time.

Also, could someone please direct me to a diplomat who might be awake nights or early mornings eve time if direct contact would be easier?
