It always struck me as problematic how normal people would handle the change of system ownership. Surely the Amarr we'ren't going to enslave eveyone. After all what happens in a weeks time when sov changes again. And who would move to a world where you could be enslaved next tuesday and freed again a week from Saturday. So I got to thinking how would that work. So this was a light hearted attempt at how one small community handled it.

As regards the location if Vard doesn't seem right then insert name of suitable system with a rapid enough turn over.
