As far as I know, I am afraid we don't really have an actual "RP channel" unless you count the (100 % IC) corporation channel (you are welcome there, though, we
[i]are[/i] recruiting
) and the alliance chat (same). I'm afraid we don't really think of RP in a way that would make sense for us to have THE one channel to RP on... instead we have multiple channels for different IC purposes, and
OOC goes to one channel and stays there.
Possibilities for what Eva was talking about include:
The public channel "Gradient", a contact channel which gets some RP action but is mostly quiet, anyone welcome.
A pub simulation channel called "The Shackled Amarr" (ICly on the Pator Kulheim RSS station), which gets a lot of nice action every now and then but is often empty at other times. If the channel is set to block you (I don't remember the current settings) throw an OOC request for someone to invite you on the aforementioned public chan -- I would check that it lets you in now, but I don't have a functional client in this conference hall.
(We leave the chan if our characters are not currently in the pub, so it can be literally empty for long stretches of time.)
There's also a couple of small channels (e.g. CEO's office, which I also think Eva
might have been talking about) and a lot of traffic on private chats, but none of these would qualify as what you are looking for.
(Or maybe there is an RP chan poor Else is not invited too... would figure.

Oops. Sorry about not being clear about the request a fortnight ago. I was rushing alot and typed that about 5 minutes before I had to leave the house to return to the army camp.
Sat in the fuckin' jungle for a fortnight, and had live rounds shoot over my head from .50cal MGs while crawling under barbed wire, and omg, I'm back again.
I was referring to someplace like the Shackled Amarr that Eva mentioned offhandedly some time ago. ><
PS. Sorry, Else, the recruitment info is nice but I'm waay too attached to Omerta to move anywhere else for a long, long time. Having even travelled all the way from Singapore to England to hang with them for 2 weeks could be proof of that. xD However, should you need any form of assistance during the weekends, i.e. major antipirate ops that doesn't involve shooting Amarrians lest there be a huge PR backlash, I'll be all too happy to send my Vagabond in. (And an ubered-out Tempest in about 2 months)
I don't know if the Shackled access is still fixed, even for the alliance. I'll kick someone about it, again.
I'll be in touch about antipiracy stuff, but most of our shooting these days seems to be the RP thingies. <3 quality enemy.
