Whatever it was it is finished & I'm back in business.
Before talking abt anything i would like to explain some point of <SMART> inside policy which seems to be strange for outsider.
OK, that was all about explanations.
Now back to business.
I understand our standing was reduced from +10 to Neutral after incident with Dragoons.
Once again i have to agree our FC was wrong, but not reading (or ignoring local by Dragoons FC did not help as well).
Issue was solved with Dragoons CEO & we share mutual +5.
So i believe this issue can be closed.
I was a bit surprised on lighting fast standing change with EM, before issue was solved with Dragoons to positive or negative result.
Our alliance is relatively young, it IS pain in the A&*$!! to keep it in NRDSI field.
Rules are often made on the fly, system for reward & punishment is still in development, but so far we manage to stay on the "light side"

But incidents happen now & then, incidents gives us necessary cause and examples to enforce rules & make them work.
I understand alliance with EM was not really working, language & timezone differences are overwhelming (running double voice clients does not help either), so I'm not going to try & comeback there.
That I'm trying to accomplish is mutual +5 with EM.
I need that to avoid further unnecessary incidents.
Both of our alliances rarely flying red & flashy, but sometimes that happens for any reason described below:
Not having +5 might lead some new pilot to attack red& flashy, and we will be loosing time for dipo again & again, while in general we are on same side.
Besides, we still have +5 with some of your allies.
And now have +5 with COA.
It would be only logical to have mutual +5 with you guys.
I hope explanation above was sufficient.
Hence the request for mutual +5 (we still have +10 from our side, so all i need to do is set it +5 if we reach an agreement).

- Our "Flying with reds".
We do not fly with reds, they are flying with us.
That means OUR fleet coms, OUR ROE, and that this particular person which now is in corporation flagged as RED of EM and/or COA not hopeless in terms of Antipiracy.
C'mon, everyone deserves a chance for redemption 
Another case we might be seen with reds is the situation of "enemy of my enemy is my friend". Yeah, we will choose ONE target then see two of them fighting.
One might say we might have a lot of spies inside the alliance and/or fleet with this kind of approach.
Probably true, but again if your corporation is bigger then 1 you probably have a second person spying for someone, a bit paranoid but also true.
The way you share information matters, you just have to presume there is a spy at all cases.
Besides, spies change sides sometimes, that's the moment then fun starts

Well, that happens and really disappointed me.
[ALTI] and now <SMART> was always building relationship in New Eden on a basis of corp. and/or alliance actions, not influenced by anything else.

- removing eyes during important ops.
- killing well known pirate just fixed his security status
- attacking enemy POS without wardeck in lowsec
- killing ex. corp member set to KOS for theft
