I put together a post on slave liberation now not being possible since the addition of the LP store asking CCP to reintroduce the feature we clawed for since day one and finally got a long while back. With it gone, we should make an overwhelming request to CCP to put something back in.

Its apparently in planning for the future, that you'll be able to turn Slaves into Citizens in Republic space, and do something slightly less favourable in Amarrian space (presumably Militants into slaves...).
However theres some debate as to whens and hows (whether to tie it to angents, LP and rewards etc...).
There's a thread on this very board somewhere that displays the POS modules.
Could be anywhere though.

Still doesnt get them off the hook for takeing out flavor LP offers.
While I am really looking forward to running a refugee base POS, what irks me is that I know that certain people who like to use the fact that CCP does not explicitly say something is done as proof that it is not done will get more water to their mill from this.
