Notes: Subject is believed to maintain connections among several high
ranking officers in the Caldari State military apparatus, from which he
aquires various military grade firearms and powered armor, to what end he
aquires this equipment is unknown. This and his past contract work for the
Caldari Navy leaves his true loyalties in doubt despite his staunchly pro-Republic
rhetoric.
How he arrived in the Caldari State isn't known for certian, but it is believed he was a slave before he, according to Amarrian authorities, killed a guard in a riot and smuggled himself out on a freighter bound for the Caldari State.
At the age of 11 he was entered into a youth military academy by a State naval recruiter who noticed his knack for organization and leadership. He attended the academy until his senior year, when it was discovered he had been running a contraband ring that ran throught the entire institution. When this was discovered he was immediately expelled from the academy and barred from serving in the ranks of the State military. With no future left open to him in the State he Joseph migrated to the Republic and applied for the pod piloting school at Pator Tech, where his new life would begin.
