The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive, being a subsidary of the Ishukone Corporation is reviewing its standings structure and would like to discuss the possibility of approaching amity in its relations with Electus Matari

Additionally, we are looking for business partners for our industrial sector and are willing to buy minerals in bulk if any of EM's subsidaries have excess to sell.

And Electus Matari has never had excess minerals that I'm aware of. I'm not sure if we've ever had enough.
