http://280daily.com
It's a micro-journaling service, not to be confused with microblogging. For example, the main differences between it and Twitter: it's private, you have a limit of 280 characters to work with rather than 140, and ideally you'll add one entry every day instead of just whenever you feel like it.
The point? With that 280-character limit, you don't feel daunted by potentially lengthy freeform writing and you are forced to be succinct so that you can look back at a day's entry and, at a glance, see the most important things that happened.
My own memory is full of fail. I've just started using 280daily and I think it's going to be very useful to me; possibly the most useful web-app I've ever encountered.
It has occurred to me that it could also be used to keep track of RP characters. At the moment I'm including EVE/Mirabi stuff in my normal entries, but I imagine creating a second account using "her" email address.
